Found tcs food, marinated pork 50°F, fish mix 50°F, and ground beef 50°F in the 2 door meat reach in cooler. Pic corrected by discarding meats. Found tcs food milk 45°F and half and half 45°F in the bar cooler. Pic has been instructed to relocate milk and half and half to another cooler. Pic has been instructed not to store tcs food in all noted coolers, until repaired/replaced to hold tcs food at 41°F. A cold hold risk control plan must be submitted.
