Found tcs food, a container of hash browns 53°F to 58°F in the left 2 door sectional reach in cooler/freezer, and found a container of home fries 53°F in the right 2 door sectional reach in cooler/freezer. Pic states these items may have been left out on counter top and placed back into cooler, as other items were at 41°F in these cooler. Pic corrected by discarding hash browns and home fries and has been reminded to keep items at 41°F in coolers. This is a repeated cold violation and a risk control plan has been issued.
