||Observed cook working on cooking line wearing gloves handle raw hamburger, bacon and then handle and place lettuce on plate. Pic corrected by having cook discard entire order, change gloves and remake order. ||Found the shelves and counters under cooking equipment on the cooking line soiled with heavy accumulation and build up. To correct thoroughly clean shelves and counters and clean on a schedule to preclude accumulation. Found the interior of microwaves through out facility soiled. To correct clean at least daily, and clean as needed.
