||The 2 door upright cooler was found holding foods at 47*f. Must be holding foods at 41*f or less at all times. All phf's were moved into a cooler that was confirmed holding 37*f until the 2 door cooler is repaired and you confirm it is holding 41*f or less. Do not use this cooler until repaired. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify the cooler is holding 41*f or less. Staff need to be taking temps of this cooler on a daily basis to assure it is holding 41*f or less.
