(Critical) The prep cooler was found to be holding assorted potentially hazardous foods at 43 - 50 degrees f. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Corrected by discarding ph foods if not consumed within 4 hours of removal from temperature control. Ph foods were put into the unit this am and were not in from previous nite. Ambient air temp of unit at 48 degrees f.

The prep unit is not functioning properly. Ambient air temperature of the unit was found at 48 degrees f. The unit needs adjustment or repair to maintain a minimum of 41 degrees f on potentially hazardous foods. Potentially hazardous foods were found at 43 - 50 degrees f. Call for repair /adjustment of unit and monitor temperatures routinely once repaired or adjusted. The door may not stay closed routinely on this unit and may be part of the temperature issue. If that is the case repair the door to stay closed routinely

The kitchen door was ajar at the time of the inspection. Keep door closed to minimize access for insects are rodents. Corrected by closing the door at the time of the inspection.

(Critical) Raw hamburger was stored adjacent to the deli meats and cooked chicken on the bottom shelf of the upright 2 door cooler. Keep raw foods stored so that they are not above or in close proximity to ready to eat foods to minimize potential for cross contamination. Corrected by relocating raw foods and read to eat foods separately in the upright cooler.

(Critical) Sanitizer in the sanitizer bucket for wiping cloth solution found sitting on top of the prep unit. Keep sanitizer stored in a separate designated location away from foods and prep area. Corrected by relocating the sanitizer bucket to a separate approved location away from the prep area.

The fryer cabinets are in need of cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.

Thermometer missing for the pepsi cooler. Provide a thermometer for this unit in order to monitor the temperatures for this units

(Critical) The nacho cheese was in the dispensing unit at 115 degrees f. Unit had just been moved from back to front counter and may either have been unplugged in the process too long or plugged into a malfunctioning outlet. Ambient air temp was 80 degrees f. Cheese and chili must be maintained at 135 degrees f or above. If unit is functioning properly it is ok to use if not discard cheese. And cease use of unit. Cheese in unit discarded at time of inspection.

(Critical) Sterno found on top of bulk pop and next to bulk pop on shelves under bar counter. Reorganize so that the chafing sterno fuel is on bottom shelf so it cannot contaminate the pop or other foods. Corrected by reorganizing storage shelving placing sterno alone on shelf on bottom.

The fryer cabinets are in need of cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.

Cooling method for cooling baked potatoes still wrapped whole in aluminum foil from previous nite and placing into cooler is not approved. To cool properly, cut into pieces and leave on sheet tray uncovered to properly cool. Discontinue retaining product if not be be used for customers.

Improper thawing of foods at room temperature. Bacon found thawing on prep table at onset of inspection. Taw in cooler enough in advance to completely taw bacon or other approved thawing method or keep in cooler enoufh in advance to thaw completely.

The nacho cheese machine was found with an ambient air temp of 80 degrees f. Unclear if unit is functioning or was left unplugged too long when moving from back of house to front counter. The outlet it was plugged into may be faulty. Relocated and temperature started to go up. If further problems, repair or eplace.

(Critical) Raw burger/chicken found stored next to carton of non dairy creamer which is ready to eat. Store raw foods so that they are not above or in close proximity to ready to eat foods to minimize potential for contamination of those ready to eat foods. Corrected by relocating creamer to another shelf away from raw foods.

Thermometers missing from the monster energy drink cooler and the pepsi cooler. Provide thermometers so that the temperatures for these units can be monitored.

The hood filters are in need of cleaning. Clean now and place on amore frequent cleaning schedule.

The light bulb in the pizza hot colding cabinet is not a plastic coated bulb. Provide a plastic coated bulb for this unit in order to minimize potential for glass fragments to get onto foods if bulb should shatter.

The handsink in the kitchen was blocked for access for routine handwashing by the empty tanks in front of the sink. Relocate so that the sink can be easily accessed for routine handwashing.
