(Critical) Observed ham sandwich's in the upright true reach in cooler on the bottom shelf holding at 45f for under 3. 5 hours. Note: air flow blocked by multiple shelves of beer cans, to continue storing the ham sandwiches in the noted cooler place on the top shelf to allow for proper cooling potentially hazardous food that is to be cold shall be held at 41f or below. Corrected by moving the noted ham sandwiches to the top loading reach in cooler to rapidly cool them down to 41f or below

(Critical) Found clean dishes in drainer that had not been sanitized. Corrected - educated employee in the correct warewashing procedure of wash/rinse/sanitize. Helped employee set up the sanitizing compartment at the proper concentration.

(Critical) Found employee eating in the snack bar area where food is served. Corrected - employee stopped eating and put their food away. Employees are only allowed to eat in designated areas. Drinking containers are allowed, if covered, with a straw, and placed out of the prep/serving areas

Found door from snack bar/employee area to the back storage room left open when the back door was open for restocking snack cart outside. To correct - when outside door is open to storage area, the door between the storage room and the employee/snack bar area sheould be closed to prevent entry of insects into snack bar area

Found ice buckets dtored upright and directly on the floor. To correct - ice buckets need to be stored inverted to promote self-draining, and to avoid contaminants that may enter the bucket. The buckets also need to be stored at least 6" above the floor. Perhaps room can be made on a nearby shelf or they can be wall mounted on hooks next to the ice machine

Did not find required anti-choking poster displayed in snack bar area. To correct - post provided anti-choking information where employees can easily read it

Found wiping cloth bucket to only have soapy water for wiping down tables and surfaces in the snack bar. Corrected - educated employee to use sanitzer at the proper concentration to wipe down the tables
