(Critical) Observed 10 bottles of liquor at two bars in the facility contaminated with small flies. Corrected during the inspection by discarding the liquor in the bottles. The flies are being controlled for by a commercial company. The owner states the fly population has been greatly reduced over the past few weeks. No other harborage of flies was observed during the inspection. Item corrected

Observed the reach-in refrigerator at the bar with light bulb not shielded, and the light over the four compartment sink at the bar without shielding. To correct provide adequate shielded lighting to protected food service equipment and utensils against glass breakage

Provide an outside grease recycle container for the proper storage of recycle waste cooking oil

Provide a probe type thermometer for checking proper temperatures of food for cold, hot holding, and cooking

Observed the ice bins located at the bar without lid covers or diverter, to correct protect ice bins from potential contamination

Observed prep refrigerators and bar area refrigerators with dairy products without a thermometer. To correct provide thermometers for each refrigerator holding time/temperature control for safety food

Provide a sanitizer test kit for use to check the concentration of sanitizer used for glass washing, and for wiping cloth sanitizing solutions

Base coving missing at middle bar and lower bar. Please replace base coving to provide a good seal at the floor/wall juncture and a smooth, easily cleanable surface

Please provide paper towel dispensers at all handwash sinks. These shall be sturdy enough to maintain paper towels in all dispensers at all times

These areas in need of cleaning: pop gun holders at all bars, interior bottom some reach-in-coolers, speed racks at middle bar, and refrigeration door gaskets on some coolers. Please clean now and place on routine cleaning schedule.
