Assorted potentially hazardous foods found in the prep unit at 44 - 47 degrees f on the bottom of the unit. The top of the unit was holding ph foods at 41 degrees f or below. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Corrected by consuming foods by 1:00 pm or discarding. Foods were temporarily placed back into the walk in. Will be consumed or discarded after lunch rush. Unit was adjusted at time of inspection. Ambient air temperature of 48 degrees f was noted. By end of inspection ambient air temperature had dropped down to 41 degrees f.
