All of the food stored in this refrigeration unit is the church's food. The oced program mainly uses one shelf in this refrigeration unit for milk and fruit storage between 10:15 am delivery and 12:00 pm lunch service. The milk cartons arrive in a cooler packed in loose ice. Milk temperature <41°F at time of inspection
