At the dishwashing area observed two light fixtures each with four unshielded fluorescent bulbs. Correct by providing proper protection

In the kitchen across from the hot holding table observed the "beverage air" reach in cooler with cracked door seals. Correct by repairing or replacing door seals
(Critical) At the prep top sub making unit observed several tcs rte food items not at the proper temperature. These items include (in degrees f): ham at 44 turkey at 46 roast beef at 48 tuna salad at 45 pic discarded all of the above mentioned items. The refrigeration unit appears to be malfunctioning. The unit was placed out of service by the pic and a repair company was called. Repair this item within 10 days. A reinspection will be conducted. ,
Observed pop syrup boxes stored under unshielded sewer lines. Correct by either relocating pop syrup storage or by providing approved shielding for the sewer lines
Observed no handsoap at the handwashing sink in the dishwashing area. Correct by providing handwashing soap.
Observed no quat trips available at the dishwashing sink. Quat is used as sanitizer for dishwashing. Correct by providing quat test strips

I found that the ice scoop is laying down on top of the ice. Store the scoop has directed above.
