Unused equipment in rear storage area. Remove any unused equipment to allow access for routine cleaning.

Duct tape on the cooler handle is not approved as it is not a cleanable surface. Remove duct tape so that the surfaces are cleanable.

There is excess water build up on the bottom of the beer coolers. This is most likely due to a plugged drain. Unplug drain and clean out excess build up. Excess frost build up in the upright freezer. Defrost now and place on am ore frequent defrost cycle.

The floors under the equipment need cleaning. Clean now and place ona more frequent cleaning schedule

The light bulb in the upright cooler is not plastic coated or shielded. Provide a plastic coated bulb to minimize potential for glass fragments to get onto foods if bulb should shatter.

Soap missing from the bar handsink and restroom handsinks. Provide soap for proper handwashing.

The interior bottoms of the keg cooler, reach in beer coolers and upright cooler have water build up. Unplug drains if applicable, clean out coolers and eliminate water build up.

The faucets for the handsinks in both the men's and women's restrooms are leaking. Repair leaks

The rear kitchen is a storage area and is unorganized storing unused equipment. Remove any unused and unnecessary articles/equipment and clean this area so there is access for routine cleaning.

Both doors to the exterior were propped open at time of inspection. Doors must be self closing and kept closed to minimize access for insects or rodents. Correc by closing door immediately. Replace self closer or adjust so that the door closes completely by itself.

The men's restroom door was ajar at the time of inspection. Restroom doors must be self closing to minimize access for insects. Repair/replace self closer so that the door closes compeltely by itself.

(Critical) Mold build up found on the interior of the ice machine in the rear kitchen/storage area. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule to preclude build up.

(Critical) Sewer gnats found in a couple of opened bottles of alcohol at the bar. Corrected by discarding those bottle of liquor. Routinely go through bottles to assure that if sewer gnats get into opened bottles of liquor that they are immediately discarded. Recommend using pour spouts with screens and or recapping bottles that are not routinely used.

(Critical) Severe sewer gnat infestation. Employ extermination procedures as discussed. Clean up any food sources, cover exposed liquor, discard liquor with any insects and recap between servings. Once under control continue extemination procedures at first sign of infestation and manage food source availability at all times.

The pop spray gun has some build up. Clean now and place on a routine cleaning schedule. Will also help to reduce sewer gnats.

Handsink at the bar was missing paper towels. Provide paper towels for proper hand drying.

Excessive ice build up on the chest freezer in the rear kitchen area. Defrost so that the unit is cleanable and place on a more frequent cleaning and defrost schedule.

Interior of upright two door cooler and the outside of the plastic 3 drawer utensil unit need cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule to minimize food source for insect infestation also.
