Facility has installed an upright cooler and some portable prep tables adjacent to kitchen area (former dining room of pizza area). For catering orders during the holidays. Flooring in this area is carpet. Carpeting is not an approved surface in food prep areas as it absorbs spillage and is not smooth and cleanable. To correct, remove coolers and tables or remove carpeting and install approved flooring as soon as possible.
