(Critical) I observed food contact items(squeeze bottles, food pan lids) stored right next to cleaning chemicals on a rack by the the comp sink. Foods and food contact items need to be stored seperated from chemicals. Corrected by doing so.
You need to install a permanent splash shield on the clean ware rack next to the handsink. The plastic wrap is not a permanent fix for this.

Over summer break, you need to replace the cracked floor tiles in the kitchen!
(Critical) I found cream cheese at 59*f on the serve line cold wells. Product held on cold wells cannot be double panned. You need to set up wells with rails and be using steel pans to hold all your cold items in, inclding salad items that were in crocks. Corrected by dscarding cream cheese and setting up cold wells properly
(Critical) The chicken nuggets temped out at 119*f in the hot well on the serve line. Must be holding 135*f or greater. Staff need to be sure they are heating to appropriate cook off temps and be using accurate thermometers. Both of your thermomiters were high by 10* and 20f. Corrected by calibrating therms and heating nuggets to 165*f
The hot box latch does not shut tightly or easily. Have this repaired so it does both.
Both metal stem dial thermometers were out of calibration. One was 10*f too high and the other was 20*f too high. Staff must be calibrating thermometers. Corrected by calibrating while present.
Repair the leak on the faucet system on the 3 compartment sink.
Please put a small wastebasket at each handsink for disposal of paper towels.
Please put light shields and end caps on the florescent bulbs over the cold wells on the main serve line.
I observed a food spill in the bottom of a reach-in refrigerator. Clean the spill. Clean non-food contact surfaces frequently to promote food sanitation.
The floor needs sweeping.
