Hot water was observed at all other handsinks in facility (kitchen, concession stand, upstairs restrooms, basement kitchen area). Observed 2 pop syrup containers stored in wet conditions (small pool of clear water has collected/leaked onto pop syrup storage rack. All food must be stored in a clean, dry area and not exposed to potential sources of contamination. To correct, please relocate pop syrup containers to approved dry area as soon as possible

Observed heavy accumulation of debris/popcorn/grimy debris in shelf corners under both popcorn machines in concession stand area. To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule.

(Critical) Observed several chemical bottles in dishwashing area stored directly next to and leaning up against cases of bottled water. All chemicals/toxics must be completely separated from all food and single service items at all times to help protect food from possible contamination. Pic corrected by relocating chemicals to chemical storage area at time of inspection. Violation corrected.

(Critical) Observed container of rte 1/2 & 1/2 creamer stored in tabletop coke cooler in front counter area with an internal food temperature of 51f (cooler thermostat turned down too low). All phf must be stored at 41f or below at all times. Please ensure coolers are not too full and door is completely shut after use. Pic corrected by discarding creamer and turning up cooler thermostat to a colder temp. Rechecked cooler after 30 minutes, now cold holding at 41f. Violation corrected.

Observed floors under beverage air cooler and near 3 compt sink with an accumulation of debris and broken glass. There are several boxes of cold cup lids, stored on the floor. Single service items must be stored six inches off the floor to avoid contamination
