Observed several spoons stored in a pan of stagnant 75f water on counter on main prep line. Per pic, spoons are used to dispense food items (sauces/vegetables/housemade salads) from cold top unit and spoons then placed back into water after use. All utensils and dispensing spoons must be stored in a clean, dry area and protected from sources of contamination. Stagnant water is not an approved storage location as it can accumulate bacteria. To correct, need to store dispensing spoons in the food item itself (with spoon handle pointing up) or install a dipper well with flowing water to store scooping utensils
