Observed employee wearing "blue" single use gloves handle raw beef patties then place food liner on hot holding tray. Pic corrected by having employee discard liner and remove "blue" gloves, and was reminded that "blue gloves" are to be used to handle frozen raw products only, and must be removed when performing other tasks.

Found the drain line of the ice bin by the drive thru window draining into a misaligned receptacle. Found the drain line of the drip tray in front of the pop machine draining onto the floor. To correct repair/replace drain lines to properly drain into receptacles or floor drain and ensure air gaps are maintained.

(Critical) Used a chlorine test kit and found no chlorine residual in the dishwashing machine (2 times). Pic primed dishwashing machine and found an acceptable chlorine residual, ran another dishwashing cycle and found no chlorine residual, ran another dishwashing cycle and found no chlorine residual, pic then changed tubing and primed dishwashing machine and again found no chlorine residual. Later pic states dishwashing machine is working and used chlorine test kit and verified dishwashing machine was chlorine sanitizing dishes. This dishwashing machine does not appear reliable. I will return to verify that dishwashing machine is sanitizing dishes. Pic has been instructed to use test kit and verify that dishwashing machine is santizing dishes. ,
