Observed the following areas in need of cleaning: *reach in cooler gaskets on cooking line (soiled with food debris) *interior of drawer coolers and handles on several coolers throughout cooking line and kitchen (accumulation of sticky debris) *dry storage shelves above 3 compt sink (accumulation of sticky debris) *non-food contact surfaces of can opener holder in back kitchen area (accumulation of sticky food debris--ketchup) * prep sink fixtures under ketchup holder in back kitchen area (accumulation of food debris--dried on ketchup) *several food and spice containers above 3 compt sink (accumulation of sticky debris) to correct, please clean all these areas now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed employee coats stored on bottom shelf in dry storage area directly next to and touching food containers. All employee belongings must be stored in an area of kitchen which cannot possibly contaminate food or single service items at any time. To correct, please relocate coats to approved area of kitchen as soon as possible.

Observed interior and door handles of both microwave ovens on cooking line with an accumulation of sticky food debris. To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule

(Critical) Observed cigarette ashes on handsink in back prep area, 3 cigarette butts in trash can next to handsink and could smell cigarette smoke in back prep area of kitchen. Employees cannot smoke anywhere inside a food establishment. Employees can only smoke in a designated area outside the restaurant as allowed by law. Corrected by educating staff on smoking law requirements and approved smoking locations outside of restaurant. Please remind and retrain all employees on smoking law requirements as needed. Observed several pop nozzles on pop machines in dining area and front server area not easily removable at time of inspection. Employees must use tools to get most of the nozzles off to clean. All food equipment must be in good working order and easy to clean on regular intervals. If employees must utilize tools in order to clean the pop nozzles, it's highly probably they won't be cleaned as often as needed. Please contact pepsi and repair or replace pop machines as needed
