Corrected by discarding nacho cheese. Unit must be kept on at all times. If powered off, remove nacho cheese and either properly cool and properly reheat prior to using or discard

(Critical) Large aluminum pan over handsink basin at the bar and cloth towels in the sink basin. Do not block handsink so that hands may be properly washed. Corrected by removing aluminum pan and cloth towels

Cartons of togo cups etc found in the liquor closet on the floor. Store all togo containers a minimum of 6" above the floor to allow access for routine cleanings

Thermometer for the keg cooler and the 3 door beer cooler are missing. Provide thermometers for these units in order to monitor the temperature for the units.

The interior ceiling of the popcorn maker, the catch trays of the four drawer oven and the interior of the fryer need cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.

The reach in cooler at the bar was found to be holding potentially hazardous foods at 47 - 53 degrees f. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. The food was discarded at time of inspection. Call for repair of unit. Unit was noted to have ice build up on rear wall. The unit is ordered out of service for the storage of potentially hazardous foods until repaired and capable of holding ph foods at 41 degrees f or below. The upright freezer in the rear storage room was found to be holding ph foods partially thawed out. Call for repair of the freezer so that the foods are held frozen solid.
