(Critical) The hot water dish machine was found not reaching temperature for sanitizing. The water temp for the wash cycle needs to be 150*f or greater. Only reached 126*f after being on for well over an hour. You need to have unit serviced within 10 days. Any dishes washed in this unit much be manually sanitized in the 3 comp sink before air drying, until unit is repaired. Staff need to be using heat tapes to verify dishmachine is sanitizing to proper temps. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify dishtank is working properly. Save reciept.

I found your two door upright cooler holding product at 44*f. Have serviced so it is holding 41*f or less. Please use chart i left you and do temperature checks on a daily basis.

There are a few lights in the kitchen that are not protected. You need to either provide light shields or obtain shatterproof bulbs.

Repeat violation 2 times. You need to vent the bathrooms please.
