(Critical) Repeat violation 2 times in a row. Complete the risk control plan regarding this violation and fax into me within 10 days!!! once again, the opened dairy items are not date marked. You must be marking the 7 day use by dates on opened milk, half and half and whipped creams. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify that your risk control plan is being implemented.
You need to get all of your boxed cups at least 6" off the floor on shelves, not pallets. Need 6" of clearance so floors can be cleaned under shelves.
Replace the missing end caps on some of the florescent lights in the warehouse. The plastic tubes need to fit tightly around the end caps to enclose glass should they break.
(Critical) Your dairy items require date marking once opened. None of them are. Be sure to post on containers the 7 day use by dates (add 6 days to day of opening). Items requiring date marking are milks, coffee cream, soy milk and whipped creams. I will be back in 10 days to verify you are doing this.
The 3 compartment sink in the back room was blocked by a microwave and a coffee maker with electric cords in the sink basin. Also, the sinks were observed dirty. You need to keep this area accessible and clean and be using these sinks to wash, rinse and sanitize all items. I will be back in 10 days to verify you have this area ready for its intended use.
You don't have any sanitizer buckets here. You need to keep your wiping cloths in a sanitizer bucket that has 50-100 ppm of chlorine. Change out solution about every 3 hours.
Repeat 2 times. Once again, there are not any hand towels stocked in the paper towel holder at the dishwash area handsink. You folks need to always keep paper towels stocked at handsinks.

The handsink in the dishwash room was blocked by having coffee dispenser lids in the handsink basin. Do not ever obstruct the handsink.
