Pic corrected by discarding all tcs clearly above 41°F in the walk in cooler. Pic has been instructed not to use this walk in cooler to hold tcs, until repaired to hold tcs at 41°F or lower. Found tcs, a container of pooled eggs 56°F, in the cooking area seasoning area. Found various equipment (2 door reach in cooler, pop machine, and large colanders) either damaged or not in use. To correct repair equipment or if no longer needed remove.

Found a flexible hose connected to the overflow spout of the tea urn laying on the edge of the handsink without air gap. Found the vent discharge line of backflow prevention device for the beverage carbonator leading to floor drain without air gap. To correct provide air gaps of at least 1 inch from the drain lines and the rim of the floor drain. , found the drain line of the ice bin in the wait station in the dining area without air gap. Violation corrected. On follow up inspection found the flexible hose connected to the overflow spout of the tea urn removed (tea urn has been properly repaired). Violation corrected.
