(Critical) In the kitchen observed the handsink with no hot water. The supply valve serving the sink faucet is shut off. The faucet valve does not operate. In the bathroom observed the handsink with no hot water. Correct both by providing 100 degree f water to the faucet. Until the handsinks can be repaired, the utility sink may be used temporarily as a handwashing sink. During this time only handwashing may occur in the utility sink. The pic indicates standard procedure is for the mop water to be dumped in the el harissa market mop sink. ,

Observed no water flow (hot or cold) at the kitchen handsink and low water flow at the bathroom hand sink. Correct each by repairing so as to provide the proper volume

At the grill ventilation hood observed the filters with a heavy accumulation of grease and grime. Correct by cleaning the filters now and on a more frequent basis. This is a repeat violation

At the three compartment sink observed the wash water with a heavy accumulation of soil and food debris. Correct by changing the wash water frequently to prevent the accumulation of food debris and grease

(Critical) No paper towel was provided in the employee restroom. Corrected by providing a roll of paper towel.

(Critical) The following ready to eat, potentially hazardous foods were lacking last day of use labels: cream cheese, feta cheese, heavy whipping cream, cooked chick peas, etc. Corrected by providing last date of use based upon when these foods were opened.

(Critical) Observed an employee washing his hands at the utility tub. Corrected by discussing this concern, removing the soap from this sink and by washing his hands at the designated hand washing sink

(Critical) Observed an employee not wash their hands after touching his hair and taking out the trash. Corrected by the employee washing his hands

The paper towel dispenser has come off of the wall in the restroom. Remount this dispenser on the wall so it can be used as intended

Upon entering the facility, an odor was noticed. The trash from two days prior (the facility was closed yesterday) containing raw lamb had not been removed from the facility. Corrected by removing the trash from the building. In the future, remove trash on a daily basis

1) observed a stack of aluminum foil roasting pans stored upright on top of the freezer. Please store these items inverted to prevent debris accumulation. The top, exposed one was sent to be cleaned and the remainder were inverted. Alternatively, these items could be stored in a protective bag or covered tub

(Critical) No quat test papers were provided at the dish washing sink station. Corrected by obtaining test strips for this establishment

The wet mop was found to be resting in the bottom of the mop bucket. Provide a way to hang up the mop head above the mop bucket for faster drying

The door closer was disconnected on the employee rest room. Reattach or provide a replacement door closer as needed
