Corrected at time of inspection: by discarding sandwich wraps found at improper temperature (wraps on top of pan found at 51°F - 52°F; wraps on bottom of pan found <41°F). Please use your thermometer to monitor food temperatures and fill pan to assure all potentially hazardous food maintains at 41°F or below. Per pic any leftover sandwich wraps are discarded at the end of the serve period

(Critical) Inadequate hot water temperature found at handwash sinks in restrooms; hot water at faucet in unisex restrooms found at 91°F; women's restroom at 93°F; men's restroom at 97°F. Hot water shall be provided at a minimum 100°F at all handwash sinks. Hot water temperature at handwash sinks in kitchen found at 99°F - 100°F. Not corrected. ,

(Critical) Some refrigerated, ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food items found without date marking. These food items shall be clearly marked with the discard date once opened, prepared or removed from freezer. Please add 6 days. Corrected at time of inspection by marking the opened almond milk, opened half & half in dining area ric (dates opened known by pic), discarding rte food items in walk-in-cooler and correctly marking prepared food items in employee refrigeration unit (sliced pizza and deli meat tray for midnight shift employees; date prepared known by pic).

These areas in need of cleaning: carpet in dining area in food service area, interior microwave oven employee room, interior refrigeration unit in employee room, interior ice scoop container, interior one door ric on cook line and floors in walk-in-cooler, especially under low shelf against left wall. Please clean now and as often as necessary to maintain in clean condition.

Some washed fruit stored with unwashed fruit in fruit basket on serve line. Please separate washed fruits from undwashed fruits. Continue to store washed fruits under sneeze shield

Raw wood surface on low shelving unit in walk-in-cooler. Please refinish or remove and provide smooth, easily cleanable surface

(Critical) Please install hose bibb vacuum breaker (asse 1011 or 1052) on open-ended hose at "new" mop sink. Not corrected. ,

(Critical) Hot water mechanical warewashing machine not achieving a utensil surface temperature of 160°F as measured by a heat tape. Not corrected. Until repaired facility will manually sanitize using chlorine sanitizer in the sanitzer compartment of the 3-comp sink. ,

(Critical) Fruit salad found at improper temperature at salad bar in dining area. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discarded fruit salad found at 55°F. In future pic will set up salad bar so that all the potentially hazardous foods maintain at 41°F or below. Today there was some empty space on refrigerated salad bar or some foods that do not need refrigeration such as the pickles, olives, etc. Can be removed to make room for the food items that do need refrigeration.

Bread and fruit salad found without cover on table in dining area. Please provide additional sneeze shield to properly protect all exposed food items.

Package of cookies, bags of chips and package of toritllas on table in dining area without utensils. Please provide covered containers with utensils for proper dispensing of these food items
