Observed the following areas in need of repair: 1. Wall corner near the bathroom door damaged with wood showing. 2. At the rear prep area the wall above prep table has peeling paint. 3. On the wall across from the wic door observed chipped paint on the wall and the electrical conduit. Correct by repairing the items listed above
Observed side of grill top unit below the grill surface with an accumulation of food debris. Correct by cleaning now and on a more frequent basis to prevent an accumulation of debris
Observed two of six dispensing nozzles at the soda machine in the dining area with a small accumulation of black debris. Correct by cleaning all of the nozzles on a more frequent basis to avoid accumulation of material.
Observed self closer on toilet room door is not strong enough to close door tightly. Correct by repairing or replacing door closer

(Critical) I found an unlabeled spray cleaner. As discussed, all cleaners, degreasers and sanitizers must be clearly labeled by their common name. This is to ensure correct use of the product. Inspect chemical storage locations to ensure that these toxic items are properly labeled. Corrected at the time of inspection. The containers was discarded.

Chlorine test strips are not available at the three compartment sink. Test strips must always be provided. Use them to check sanitizer levels.
Food thermometers are not available on the prep line. As discussed, provide at least 1-2°Food thermometers. Use them to frequently check food holding temperatures.
The floor around the under the counter waste container needs to be cleaned. Frequently clean the floors. This will help promote good general sanitation.
The tow door upright freezer in the rear was not holding ph foods frozen solid. Food was partially thawed out and temped at 26 degrees f. Call for repair of unit asap. Utilize foods that have partially thawd out as soon as possible. Ok to restock freezere ocne repaired. Transfer partialy thawd foods to wic if possible.
The restroom door was not closing properly. Replace self closer so that the door closes completely by itself. Correct asap
