Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized before use after cleaning. Critical corrected: at time of inspection set up a sanitizer solution properly at 4-compartment sink front counter with proper concentration of chlorine. Wash and rinse compartments were set up properly. Drainboard next to sink available for air drying. New wash rinse sanitize sticker provided. Facility no longer using automatic warewashing machine for glasses. Chlorine test kit is available to monitor
Please provide accurate food temperature measuring device for use in ensuring attainment and maintenance of food temperatures. Discussed with pic to begin monitoring internal cooking temperature of hamburgers and bbq beef throughout the day. This facility does not cook any food item to order.
Handwash sink obstructed by boxes. Handwash sinks shall be accessible at all times for handwashing. Corrected at time of inspection by relocating tomato boxes and fries out of handwash sink area. Discussed importance of handwashing with pic and the need for the handwash sink to be accessible at all times.
