Observed 1 burned out light bulb and 1 dim light bulb in wif (had to use flashlight to see in back freezer area). To correct, please replace all dim/burnt out bulbs in wif as soon as possible

(Critical) Observed pop nozzles on pop machine in drive thru window area soiled with mold and debris. All pop nozzles and pop machine components must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every 24 hours and must be clean to sight and touch. Pic corrected by washing, rinsing and sanitizing all pop nozzles at time of inspection. Critical corrected. Please note: this same violation was cited several times in the past and resulted in enforcement in 2010. Please refer to on-site risk control plan and follow up as needed to ensure violation does not keep recurring. , observed few pans on clean dishware shelf that had an accumulation of sticky food debris. All pans and utensils must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and sanitized after use and must be clean to sight and touch.
