Observed small container of cooked wontons in walk-in-cooler cooling improperly. Cooked and cooled potentially hazardous food shall be cooled within 2 hours from 135°F to 70°F and within a total of 6 hours from 135°F to 41°F; using one or more of the following methods listed. Corrected at time of inspection by removing the cover from the container of wontons; wontons cooked this morning approximately one hour ago per owner.
