I observed the stir spoon stored in sanitizer water at the espresso machine. Store spoon in hot water 135*f or greater or on a clean surface between uses and wash, rinse and sanitize spoon every 4 hours.
The interior of the microwave was dirty. Staff need to be wiping this out often throughout the day with sanitizer cloth.

There wasn't a thermometer within the sandwich display cooler. One was placed in it. Staff need to be using this thermometer on a daily basis to assure temps in coolers are below 41*f.
