(Critical) Found urn and brewer cleaner packets stored on top of the coffee machine in the kitchen. Found chafing fuel stored on shelf above and next to food utensils. Pic corrected by relocating urn and brewer cleaner and chafing fuel to the chemical shelf in the storage room.

Found case of pineapples stored on the floor of the store room. To correct store food supplies on shelf.

(Critical) Ran dishwashing machine 4 times and found no sanitizer (chlorine) on dishes in the dishwashing machine. Pic corrected by calling for repair, repair tech arrived during inspection, replaced tube, primed machine with sanitizer and ran several washing cycles and pic used a test kit to verify dishwashing machine sanitizing dishes. Note: pic states he checked dishwashing machine earlier this week and it was sanitizing. Violation corrected.

Found single use utensils (forks, spoons and knives) stored mixed in self service storage utensil bin. To correct store utensils with handles in one direction to minimize contamination.

Pic corrected by discarding cream cheese and has been instructed to monitor that food is discarded when food has passed it's 7 day discard datemark. This is a repeated critical violation and a risk control plan form has been issued. ,

Found a stack of uncovered coffee filters stored on top of equipment. To correct store coffee fitlers in a more protected manner such as a covered storage box or it's original packaging.

Found a hole on the wall behind the dishwashing machine. To correct repair hole on the wall to be durable, smooth and easy to clean.

Found food items in freezer blocking fan in the 2 door reach in freezer, and appears to be overloaded, although products appear to be frozen. To correct do not block fan, as this blocks proper air flow, and evaluate if additional freezer is needed.

Found the floor (under equipment, edges and corners) soiled with some accumulation. To correct thoroughly clean floors and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Found a dishwashing tray in the dishwashing machine stuffed and overloaded, which does not allow dishes/items to be effectively washed and items surfaces to be exposed to spray from the dishwashing machine. To correct re-train entire staff on proper use and loading of dishwashing machine.
