Temporarily corrected at time of inspection by discarding all potentially hazardous food items maintaining at 51°F - 53°F on top and bottom of unit. This unit is ordered out of service for the storage of potentially hazardous food until it is capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below at all times

(Critical) Open ended hose on mop sink without proper backflow prevention device. Please install hose bib vacuum breaker after shut-off on y connector. Not corrected

Corrected at time of inspection by emptying sink found at >500 ppm quat; set up sanitizer solution at 200 ppm quat; per label 200 ppm - 400 ppm range for sanitizing
