This cold holding violation has repeated 4 or 5 inspections, and a risk control plan and informal hearing notice has been issued. Found tcs food shredded cheese 50°F, ground beef 53°F, sausage 50°F, and diced tomatoes 51°F in the top left portion of the 3 door pizza prep top cooler.
