(Critical) The front handsink was found being used as dump/rinse sink. Handsinks are to be used only for handwashing. Staff will need to use one of the 3 comp sink basins for dumping and rinsing things. Corrected by enforcing this.
You need to install a small multi tiered rack to air dry your kitchenware on. Discontinue using cloth towels to set clean ware on

(Critical) Pitchers of coffee creams are set up to use time as health control, however the pitchers were not marked with the times. I found skim milk at 46*f. You need to be sure all staff are marking the fill times and the discard time(4 hours after filling). Be sure they have cleaned and sanitized pitchers when re-filling. Corrected by doing such after discarding all creams.
