(Critical) The automatic dishmachine is not reaching minimum sanitizer concentration (which is 50 ppm). Do not use until repaired. Use the 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize anything you need to wash until the machine is serviced and repaired. I spoke with the tech and he said he will be out this afternoon. I will be back to re-inspect this later this week.

There is a condensation leak that had dripped onto eggrolls in the small glass door cooler. Repair this as soon as possible. Do not store any foods under this leak. Have a catch container in there until unit is repaired.

Repeat violation 2 times. Your store is not being cleaned well enough. The following areas were found to be very dirty: the floors and walls under and behind the cooking equipment, the exhaust hood filters, the interior of the reach in coolers and the gaskets, the interior of the microwaves, the back of the wok range and the utensil storage bin. This has been on on-going issue here now and you need to be assuring staff are cleaning thoroughly and often.

Provide a covered waste container for the women's restroom.

There is quite a bit of unused equipment and items accumulating in the back storage area. You need to remove these items.

You need to be sure that foods are kept covered in your coolers.
