(Critical) I observed raw meats and eggs next to ready to eat foods in the 2 door upright cooler. Store raw animal product on bottom shelves and not next to any ready to eat foods. Corrected by doing such. You also need to organize your cooler much better and use "first in, first out" practices.
Boxed take out containers stored on the floor. Get them so they are stored at least 6" off the floor.
Go through and remove all things that you do not use for your business and thoroughly organize your your store and storage.
The handsink at the cooking prep area was obstructed by a speedrack. You need to relocate the speedrack so the handsink is accessible.
Once bagged foods are opened you need to put them in covered containers.
You need to purchase food grade storage containers.
Remove the plastic container from the air gapped sink drain line.
Using quat and no quat test papers. Plans to switch to approved chlorine and has chlorine test papers. Use often to assure chlorine levels are at 50-100 ppm.
