(Critical) Observed facility not sanitizing utensils properly as i measured 0-10ppm of chlorine in 3 compt sink. All utensils must be sanitized in a proper concentration as required (in this case 50-100ppm). Pic corrected by remixing sanitizer to 50ppm at time of inspection. Violation corrected.

Observed boxes of single service (s/s) items (lids and cups, tasting spoons) stored on floor in upstairs dry storage area (all s/s items were still in original plastic packaging). All food and single service items must be stored in a clean, dry location and stored a minimum of 6 inches off of ground to protect from sources of contamination. Recommend purchasing some dunnage racks.
