(Critical) Found that the children's portion of the menu has the cheeseburger designated with an asterisk which indicates child's burger can be under cooked. Found no consumer advisory posted at the specials board in the dining room. To correct - re-print menus to remove the asterisk from the child's burger because, by law, all children's food items must be thoroughly cooked. Because no item on this page of the menu is available to cook to order, the consumer advisory can be completely removed from this page. Please provide consumer's advisory signage at the specials board. Since this is a pf violation, it must be corrected within 10 days (feb. 26, 2014). Corrected menu may be faxed to 734-222-3930, or emailed to: bernbeckd@ewashtenaw. Org. If printing is not expected in the next 10 days, current menus can be corrected with stickers or deletion. A digital picture of the new consumer's advisory signage at the specials board and corrected (current) menu can also be emailed to the above address
