(Critical) Drainflies and flies were observed throughout the facility. Contact exterminator to exterminate. In addition do not keep containers of grease and the trash outside of the rear delivery door as this is a fly attraction. Eliminate harborage conditions and exterminate flies. ,

The pop nozzles on the pop machine have build up. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.

Leak under drain for first comartment of the 3c sink in the rear. Tighten pipe as it is loose and water when entering this compartment of the sink is leaking onto the floor
(Critical) Several handsinks were blocked for accessibility for routine handwashing by large wastebasket in front of sink and cartons of single service articles and cans in sink basin. All handsinks must be readily accessible for routine handwashing. Do not place anything in the sink basins or in front of the handsinks to allow access for routine handwashing. Corrected by making sinks accessible
(Critical) The spray bottles in the kitchen were not labelled with identifying chemical name of the products in the bottles. A few spray bottles in the rear mop sink were mislabelled (ie window cleaner with degreaser written on the spray bottle). Properly label all chemicals in spray bottles as to their identification to avoid mix up or mis use. Corrected by properly labelling all spray bottles
(Critical) A hose was attached to a y connector with a flow control device downstream of an atmospheric vacuum breaker. This is not an approved connection with an atmospheric vacuum breaker. Pic indicates there is no need for the y connector and it was removed and discarded at time of inspection. An open ended hose was reconnected to the faucet downstream of an atmospheric vacuum breaker allowing for an approved connection.
