Found the floor under equipment, edges and corners on the cooking and prep area soiled with accumulation and build up. Found the ceiling surrounding the hood and ceiling air vents soiled with stains and dusty build up. To correct thoroughly clean floor and ceiling and keep clean.

Found an employee cup of beverage on the prep table without lid and straw. To correct either have employees use cups with lids and straw, or eat/drink in designated areas only.

Found a heavily water stained ceiling tile in the women's restroom. Found tiled coving behind the toilet tank missing tile and with gaps. To correct repair source of leak if necessary, replace damaged ceiling tile, and repair tiled coving.

Found the surfaces and edges of the cooking hood soiled with greasy build up. Found the door gaskets and bottom of 4 door prep top cooler soiled with accumulation and build up. To correct clean hood and cooler and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Found pineapple chunks stored in it's original can which had signs of staining/leaching on the interior sides of can. Pic corrected by discarding pineapples and was instructed not to use cans to store food once opened.

(Critical) Found time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, chicken 50°F, shrimp 50°F, ground meat 50°F, and egg rolls 60°F in the bottom of the 4 door prep top cooler. Pic corrected by discarding tcs food, and has been instructed not to use the bottom portion of this cooler to hold tcs food until repaired/replaced to hold tcs food at 41°F.

Found the interior of blender pitcher soiled with film of food debris. Found the can opener blade soiled with accumulation of debris.
