In the future, keep cream cheese and whipped butter in the small cooler with yogurt. Note: whipped butter was a substituted product for regular butter which is not potentially hazardous. Once the whipped butter isused up , if regular butter is to be used it may be kept at room temperature. Cream cheese must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. You may keep it in the cooler

The bulb in the upright cooler is not plastic coated or shielded. Provide a plastic coated bulb to minmize potential for glass fragments to get onto foods if bulb should shatter.

Thermometer for the upright cooler is broken. Provide a thermoemter for the unit to monitor the temepratures for the unit.

Frozen pancakes and french toast found thawing out on the counter. Discontinue this practice. Thaw foods out in the cooler enough in advance to thoroughly thaw prior to cooking.
