(Critical) None of the spray bottles were labelled. You need to keep all spray bottles labelled with common name of contents. Corrected by labelling.

(Critical) I found several severely dented cans on the can rack and shelves. Staff must be inspecting can integrity and pulling dented cans into an area that is labelled for dented cans. Corrected by doing such.

(Critical) All the sanitizers were were made up too strong, over 200ppm of chlorine. You have a quat automatic mix sanitizer dispenser. I want everyone to use this to obtain their sanitizer. Keep at 150-400ppm quat. Change out wiping cloth buckets every 2 hours with fresh solution. Corrected by using quat.

(Critical) I found a hose connected without the required backflow preventer on it. You need to install a hose bibb vacuum breaker on that connection. You also will need to remove the spray nozzle after every use. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify you have hose bibb vacuum breaker.

(Critical) I observed dirty cutting boards. Also, i found chicken pieces in a bin with clean kitchen utensils. Staff need to be cleaning things thoroughly and storing them safely. Corrected by doing such.

(Critical) The can opener blade was visibally dirty. Staff need to be running this through the dishwasher after uses. Corrected by cleaning.

Product in open bags needs to be put into containers with covers on them.

You must repair the exhaust hood over the hot water dishmachine. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify it is working.

You need to put up a mop and broom holder and be hanging them up after uses.

Staff were observed using the handsink as a dump sink in the server area. Handsinks are to be used only for handwashing.
