(Critical) Potentially hazardous foods on top and bottom 2 door prep unit not maintaining at proper temperature. Potentially hazardous food shall maintain at 41°F or below or 135°F or above at all times. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discarded potentially hazardous food items maintaining at 47°F - 50°F. Repair person scheduled to be on site tomorrow to repair unit. Until unit repaired you may use ice to maintain small quantities of food at 41°F or below on top of the unit. At time of inspection shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa and cut tomatoes placed on ice for use through lunch. Bottom of unit will not be used for storage of any potentially hazardous food until repaired and capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below

Critical corrected: at time of inspection labeled chemicals in plastic bag (2 gallon jugs) and discarded small plastic bottle with unknown chemical. Pic is contacting chemical supplier to assure in next delivery chemicals are properly labeled
