To correct repair/replace vacuum breaker on faucet, and either remove y type shut off or install a hose bibb vacuum breaker downstream of y type shutoff.
(Critical) Used a quat test kit and found the quat sanitizing solution flowing from the quat dispenser in the mop sink at least 500 ppm, above manufacturers specified range of 200 to 400 ppm. To correct call for repair, and use quat test to adjust sanitizer to proper concentration. Used a chlorine test kit and found the chlorine solutions in the sanitizing buckets in the foor prep area above the manufacturer specification of 200 ppm.
