Found the ceiling around the air vent and hood in the back kitchen area soiled with heavy dust build up. Found the floor (under equipment, edges and corners) in the kitchen cooking area soiled with heavy build up and accumulation. Found the wall on the edge of the cooking line soiled with splash. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Found the pop nozzles and internal diffusers sticky with slight accumulation. To correct follow manufacturers directions and clean pop nozzles and diffusers.

Found the exterior door panels. Door gaskets, and door handles of coolers and freezers soiled with build up. Found the sliding lid of the ice bin in the front counter wait station soiled with dried spilled pop. Found the shelves of the front counter soiled with accumulation. Found the exterior of cooking utensils (pots and covers) soiled with greasy build up. Found the shelves of the walk in cooler soiled. To correct clean all noted items and keep clean.

Found wiping cloths stored on counter tops and shelves. To correct store wiping cloths completely submerged under sanitizer.

Found no paper towels in the front counter handsink paper towel dispenser. Pic corrected by providing paper towels.

Found the lights above the 3 compartment sink and prep area not working. To correct repair/replace lights.

(Critical) Found the pop nozzles and diffusers of the pop machine in the dining room waitstation soiled with heavy accumulation. Found the exteriors of food containers on the shelf with a greasy film. Found the surfaces surrounding the ice forming units of the ice machine soiled with a moldy build up. To correct follow manufacturers directions and clean pop nozzles and diffusers, food containers, and interior surfaces of the ice machine, and clean at a schedule to preclude accumulation. , found the pop nozzles and diffusers of the pop machine in the dining room waitstation soiled with heavy accumulation. Found the exteriors of food containers on the shelf with a greasy film. Found the surfaces surrounding the ice forming units of the ice machine soiled with a moldy build up. On follow up inspection found the pop nozzles and diffusers of the pop machine, exteriors of food containers and the ice machine surfaces clean. Continue to monitor that food contact surfaces are clean. Violation corrected.

(Critical) Found ready to eat, time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, a cut block of feta cheese and a pan of cooked rice in the walk in cooler without 7 day discard datemark. Pic corrected by providing 7 day datemark (day opened/prepared + 6 days) for feta cheese and rice. Pic has been instructed to monitor that employees are datemarking items. , found ready to eat, time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, a cut block of feta cheese and a pan of cooked rice in the walk in cooler without 7 day discard datemark. Pic corrected by providing 7 day datemark (day opened/prepared + 6 days) for feta cheese and rice. Pic has been instructed to monitor that employees are datemarking items. On follow up inspection found ready to eat, tcs food in the walk in cooler with 7 day datemarks. Continue to datemark appropriate items. This violation was corrected on routine inspection, and re-verified on follow up.

Found the top lid, door gaskets, door handles and interiors of the 3 door prep top cooler soiled. Found the interior of the microwave oven on the cooking line soiled with heavy splash and build up. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Found food utensils in the handsink in the cooking/prep area. To correct remove food utensils, and keep handsink easily accessible.

Found no quat test kit available to test sanitizing solutions. To correct provide quat test kit.

Found the tiled wall with seams covered with tape. To correct remove tape, and repair surfaces to be smooth and easy to clean.

Found the interior and exterior of all coolers soiled with accumulation and build up. Found the shelves and counter tops through out facility soiled. Found the surfaces of the deep fryer and cooking hood area soiled with greasy build up. Found the interior of microwave soiled. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Found a household blender on the waitstation prep table. To correct replace household blender with commercial grade equipment.

Found old and broken equipment in the back kitchen area. To correct remove all equipment not needed for business operations.
