(Critical) Corrected at time of follow-up inspection: new 2 door true reach-in-cooler has been purchased and installed in place of the non-functioning 2 door traulsen upright reach-in-cooler in kitchen. The 2 drawer unit is unplugged, not in use. Currently functioning fine without the 2 drawer unit per owner now that the new ric has been installed. Planning on repairing the 2 drawer unit in near future if business increases. In addition the chest freezer has been replaced with a new whirlpool chest freezer. Thank you so much.

(Critical) Potentially hazardous food found at improper temperature in 2 drawer refrigeration unit on cook line. Potentially hazardous food shall maintain at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. Temporarily corrected at time of inspection: discarded beef broth found at 54°F left in unit overnight. The three other food items in the drawers were just placed there from wic, still maintaining at 41°F. These food items were relocated to the stacked 2 door unit in kitchen maintaining at proper temperature. This unit is ordered out of service for the storage of phf until it is repaired and capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below at all times.

Excess frost build up on chest freezer rim so lid does not close properly. Chest freezer lid needs to be replaced; defrost and maintain in good repair

(1) several refrigeration door gaskets in poor repair. Please replace to provide good seal and so smooth and easily cleanable. (2) chest freezer lid in poor repair; insulation exposed interior of lid. Please replace asap to provide smooth, easily cleanable surface

Please provide cover for sewer line ( large gutter or stainless sheet) to properly protect items stored below or relocate these items to another area. One of the ice machine drain lines observed with an air break. Please re-establish an air gap for drain line a minimum twice the pipe diameter above the flood rim of the drain. In addition the blue flexible line is not allowing the water to drain properly; please convert to white rigid pipe to prevent stagnant water in the lines

This cooler is used only for the storage of raw, uncut produce, brined pickles (not heat treated) and raw shell eggs (3-202. 11 (c)). There was one container of chicken stock that was recently placed in wic; chicken stock was relocated to fogel wic in basement that is maintaining <41°F.

This unit is ordered out of service for the storage of potentially hazardous food until it is repaired, reinspected and capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below at all times

(Critical) No sanitizer present at automatic warewashing machine. A chemical sanitizer shall be provided at proper concentration. Critical corrected: at time of inspection changed sanitizer container; chlorine sanitizer now provided at proper concentration. Facility had an empty quaternary ammonium container hooked up to dishmachine. Quat should not be used in dishmachine and never mix these chemicals. Recommend keeping an extra chlorine sanitizer container on site at all times
