(Critical) Observed employees not sanitizing pans and utensils properly in 3 compt sink after washing (employees not setting up a rinse or sanitize solution compartment in 3 compt sink). Also, 3 compt sink not able to hold water/sanitizer (o-ring broke). All pans and utensils must be properly washed, rinsed and sanitized as per approved warewashing procedures. Staff will need to utilize dishmachine for all warewashing operations until 3 compt sink properly repaired and then inspected by the washtenaw county health dept. I will check this item at follow up inspection. Correct within 10 days

Observed employee purse and backpacks stored on top of plastic single service to-go containers under counter in front dessert station area. All employee belongings must be stored in an area which cannot possibly contaminate any food, utensils or single service items. To correct, please relocate employee belongings to approved location as soon as possible

Observed boxes and open containers of single service (s/s) items stored on floor under front counter. All food and s/s items must be stored in a clean, dry location and stored a minimum of 6 inches off of floor to protect from sources of possible contamination

Observed floor drain under 3 compt sink with a heavy accumulation of mold and debris. To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule. , observed floors under both prep unit coolers in front prep area with an accumulation of food debris. Observed clean ice cream scoop stored in stagnant water in front counter dessert station area (dipper well was turned off). When storing utensils in dipper well, need to keep dipper well turned on and flowing at all times to prevent the accumulation of bacteria

Observed interior of both ovens in front cooking area with an accumulation of burnt on food debris. To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule
