Pic stated that staff have been trained on new time policies and procedures and all milk and creamers will be discarded in 4 hours or less. Staff will also be keeping time control logs and will be marking each carafe with appropriate discard times. Please keep a copy of the approved time control policy on-site for future review. Staff stated that carafes are kept on counter and refilled when empty. Facility does not have a time control policy for milk/ 1/2 & /12 carafes and there is no policy for discarding creamers after 4 hours as needed. If wanting to utilize time as a public health control for phf will need to develop a time control policy to ensure food safety is maintained. To correct, please develop time control policy for all milk and creamers in coffee bar area and submit to health dept as soon as possible. I will check on this item at follow up inspection. Corrected at time of inspection by discarding cheese found at 47°F - 48°F and deli sandwiches at 45°F - 85°F (cold deli sandwiches placed on hot holding unit due to lack of space in refrigerated section). Per pic will be installing an additional refrigerated section; until then will scale back the menu to accomodate all potentially hazardous food items at proper temperature
