Discontinue using cloth towels under cutting boards.
You are not cleaning the interior of your prep cooler on a daily basis. Change out food pans once every 24 hours and clean the flip top. Also, you need to clean out the interior of the microwaves better. Also, clean out the interior of the oven on a frequent as needed basis.
Used cloth towels were not being kept in sanitizer sloution between uses. Do not leave out on counters. Corrected.
