Replace or re-surface the excessively grooved cutting board.
The prep cooler was overstocked, which was impeding air flow causing temps of produce closest to the door to be ~46*f. You cannot have this much stock in that cooler. Plans are to move more stock into upright glass door cooler. Temps need to be taken often to assure holding at 41*f or below. I will be back around dec 1st to re-inspect.
Don't hang coats on storage racks.
When prepping sandwiches, staff need to be wearing a hair restraint.
(Critical) I observed the nacho cheese overstocked in the hot hold unit and at 125*-131*f on the top portion. Do not overstock and be sure entire product is holding 135*f or hotter. Corrected by removing top layer.
Repair the leak on the hot water valve on the mop sink.
The florescent lights in the storage room are missing the end caps. Please provide or or put on a light shield over the lamps.
