(Critical) Water both cold and hot water are not supplied to the handsink in the kitchen. Repair so that water is provided to this sink for proper handwashing. Also , there is one of two sinks in the women's restroom by the hall that is not supplied with water. Repair this sink so that there is available water for proper handwashing. Corrected by repair by plumber at time of inspection. ,
(Critical) Paper towels missing from thehandsink. A roll of paper towels was found on the prep unit but this is not for the handsink. Paper towels are required for proper hand drying. Provide paper towels for the handsink. ,
(Critical) Datemarking is not in compliance. All ready to eat potentially hazardous foods held cold in excess of 24 hours must be datemarked. This includes all cut tomatoes, half and half and any other ready to eat prepared foods. Re implement datemarking immediately and mark foods requiring a consume by date with a maximum of 7 days from when food is prepared or container/package is open. This includes half and half and other opened milk products, cut tomatoes and lettuce that is no longer in whole form, etc. If any salads are ever home prepared style this would require datemarking as well. ,
(Critical) The dishwasher at the bar is not dispensing any sanitizer. Initially the bucket of sanitizer in use was clear and may have been diluted. After changing sanitizer to a new bucket and after priming sanitizer was detected at about 25 ppm cl. The line for the sanitizer was plugged and was then able to prime through some sanitizer. However, once run on it's own there wasn't any detectable level of sanitizer on the test strip. Chlorine must be dispensed at 50 ppm cl in order to properly sanitize all utensils etc. Chem lab was called for repair at time of inspection. Once repaired you may use the dishmachine. In the interim, use the 3c sink to manually sanitize any and all utensils. ,
All of the pop spray nozzles on the pop guns had build up accumulation. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule. Corrected by cleaning all pop spray guns at the time of the inspection. ,

The light bulb in the nuts dispenser is not plastic coated or shielded. Provide a plastic coated bulb to minimize the potential for glass fragments to get onto nuts if bulb should shatter.
The pop spray gun nozzles at the bar need cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.

(Critical) The upright cooler in the kitchen was found to be holding ph foods including rich's non dairy creamer and french onion dip at 90 degrees f or above. Ambient air temperature of this unit was 90 degrees. Butter and other foods were found dripping melting onto the shelves , interior bottom and out the door onto a towel under the door. Ph foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Corrected by discussion and will be discarding everything in the cooler. The women's auxillary is scheduled to come in today to empty discard and clean this unit. Call for repair of unit. Unit was cleaned out prior to end of inspection

Foods were melting , etc onto shelves below and out the door onto the floot. Remove all product, discard, unplug and call for repair of unit. Once unit is repaired and capable of holding ph foods at 41 degrees f or below you may place the unit back into service for the storage of ph foods. This unit is ordered out of service for the storage of ph foods until that time
The following non food contact surfaces need cleaning: the hood filters at the bar, the fryer cabinets at the bar and in the kitchen, interior of cooler that is malfunctioning in kitchen. Lean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
Condiments in containers are sitting on top of ice that is used for service to the patron. Dual ice use is prohibited. Discontinue this practice. There must be complete separation between ice used for service to the patron and ice used as a cooling medium.
The clamp for the drainline from the ice machine at the secondary bar has come loose and fallen down into the receiving sewer receptacle. Reclamp and secure to provide proper air gap. Air gap is required to reduce potential for sewer back up into the ice machine.
(Critical) The dishmachine is dispensing 200ppm cl and on first cycle was over 200ppm. Adjut the unit to dispense proper concentration of 25-100ppm. Check with test strips to make sure that it is dispensing at proper concentration

Hair restraints not in use. Hair restraints must be worn by all food employees to minimize potential for hair to get onto foods.
