(Critical) Found ready to eat (rte) food, ham slices and cooked bacon stored on bottom shelf of the walk in cooler between raw fish and raw ground beef. Found rte food, cases of milk stored on bottom shelf of walk in cooler with raw chicken. Found a container of yogurt and pickles stored on the bottom shelf of walk in cooler next to raw shell eggs. Found spouts of beverage urns soaking in a container of sanitizing solution, which may be use when needed. To correct discontinue soaking spouts in sanitizing solution and using them without allowing them to air dry. To correct properly wash spouts (wash, rinse, and sanitize), and allow spouts to air dry prior to using.
Found the moveable guard on the mixer soiled with splash and accumulation. To correct clean moveable guard and keep clean.
Found no covered basket in the employee restroom, which is used by female employees. To correct provide a covered basket.

Found the ceiling vent cover in front of the walk in cooler soiled with dusty build up. To correct clean ceiling vent cover.
Found the edges and side of cooking hood above oven soiled with buildup and dust. Found the top of steamer soiled with light accumulation. To correct clean hood and top of steamer.
Found the lids and doors of the dumpster open. To correct keep doors and lids of dumpster closed.
Found the tile grout by the pre-rinsing area of the dishwashing area worn and holding water. To correct repair floor to be smooth and cleanable.
Found the interior door, sides, bottom of the oven soiled with build up and baked on residual. Found the door gaskets of some coolers soiled with accumulation. Found the surfaces of the cooking hood above the oven soiled with dusty accumulation. To correct clean noted areas and clean on a schedule to preclude accumulation.
(Critical) Found time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, cream cups 49°F to 50°F, and flavored cream 49°F in the 2 door worktop cooler. Pic temporarily corrected by discarding cream and has been instructed not to use this cooler to hold tcs food, until repaired/replaced to hold tcs food at 41°F.
Found the 2 door worktop cooler not holding tcs food at 41°F. To correct repair/replace cooler to hold tcs food at 41°F or lower.
(Critical) Found an opened gallon of milk more than 11 days passed it's use by date in the walk in cooler. Pic corrected by discarding milk passed it's use by date, and has been instructed to monitor use by dates when receiving, when opening, and when using, and to discard items reasonably passed it's use by date.
Observed the presence of ants on the floor by the dishwashing area. To correct keep areas clean, facility in good repair, and continue ant control measures.
Found the door handles of coolers and hot holding units missing door trim. To correct repair/replace door handle trim.
Observed kitchen floor mats folded and drying on dishwashing machine racks on the clean side of the dishwashing machine. Pic states they clean mats at the end of the day and drain dishwashing machine. To correct clean dishwashing machine and dishwashing machine racks, discontinue washing floor mats in the dishwashing machine, and use other methods that do not possibly contaminate dishwashing machine parts and system as they clean food contact surfaces. Suggestion: use the mop sink or appropriate areas with a floor drain to deck brush mats and rinse.
Found the lower oven on the cooking line soiled with build up. To correct thoroughly clean oven and clean on a more frequent schedule.
Found water pooling on the bottoms of 2 worktop coolers in the kitchen prep area. To correct repair coolers.
Found 2 enamel coated water kettles on the range top on the service line used to hold water. To correct replace these water kettles with commercial grade water kettles that are durable and corrosion-resistant.
Observed the presence of flies in the prep area surrounding cases of grapes. To correct work with suppliers and staff to come with methods to better control flies.
Some single-service items not stored properly in rear storage area. Please open cups from bottom end to avoid touching food-contact surface of cups and single-service items should remain in original package or invert to properly protect against potential airborne contamination
